Exchange Policy (No Return Policy)
At [resinistry], all our resin art products are handmade and customized with love.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, we offer exchange only under specific conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility
Product exchange will only be accepted if:
- The product is received in damaged condition
- The wrong product is delivered
- Major manufacturing defect is found
Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required (Mandatory)
To process your exchange request, customers must send:
- Clear photos of the product
- Full unboxing video (without pause or cut)
- Photos of damaged area
- Packaging box images
Without proper photo/video proof, exchange request will not be approved.
This step is necessary to verify the issue and avoid misuse of the policy.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange will NOT be accepted in case of:
- Minor bubbles or texture variations (as resin art is handmade)
- Slight color difference due to screen resolution
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect customization details given by customer
Exchange Process
- Customer must contact us via WhatsApp or Email
- Share required photos & unboxing video
- After verification, exchange will be approved
- Replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days
