Return & Product Policy

Returns will be accepted only if a completely different product, an incorrect item, or a damaged product is delivered.

In case of receiving a damaged product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process the return or replacement request. Without proper unboxing proof, claims will not be accepted.

For Resin Art Products:

Each piece of handmade resin art is individually crafted. Slight variations in color, design patterns, textures, or finishing are natural and make every piece unique. These minor differences will not be considered defects and are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

Small air bubbles, minor surface textures, or slight shade differences are part of the handmade process and should be expected.

For Watch / Clock Products:

If the clock or watch needles are slightly bent during delivery, they are not eligible for return, as they can be easily adjusted with simple guidance over a call.

If the clock/watch needles are completely broken into two pieces, we will provide a replacement pair along with proper installation instructions.

Minor variations in finishing, polishing, or handcrafted detailing are not considered manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations.
